"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice has to report for her prison sentence in less than two months, but the star of the Bravo series is trying everything in her power to delay the start of her jail time. The "RHONJ" star is even using her husband Joe Giudice's alcohol problem as an excuse as to why she doesn't want to report to the facility right away. According to Radar Online, Teresa's hoping she can talk Joe into going to rehab as a way for her to put off going to prison on her Jan. 5 surrender date. Teresa wants "Joe to go to rehab first," the insider told the news site. "Teresa's lawyers would then ask the judge to delay the surrender date because there wouldn't be a parent in the house to take care of their four daughters." In the "Watch What Happens Live" host's new tell-all book, "The Andy Cohen Diaries: A Deep Look at a Shallow Year," the Bravo star writes about an interview he did with the reality couple when they were charged with 39 different counts of fraud by the government.
