Photographer Jeffrey Binion was allegedly assaulted by at least on of Justin Bieber's bodyguards last week and is now suing the "Baby" singer along with the security detail. According to Binion, he was taking pictures of the 19-year-old pop star outside of Miami's iconic recording studio, The Hit Factory, and was then approached by two bodyguards. From there things got a little heated and Binion claims they harassed him and one of the bodyguards, Hugo Hesny, choked him in ordered to get the camera out of his hands. Read More »

This is a collection of songs performed by well-established and up-and-coming musical acts all in one collection in the hopes to enlighten some key people at the upcoming G8 summit about world poverty. The artists chose these songs as their favorite protests songs. The Desolation of Smaug is the anticipate sequel to 2012's An Unexpected Journey and reveals the story's main antagonist: the dragon Smaug, "a most specially greedy, strong and wicked worm."
