Amanda Bynes is once again going after some celebrities on her Twitter account, this time aiming an insult at pop star Miley Cyrus! She even gets in another jab at rapper Drake, too. Last week the 27-year-old former child actress recanted her previous obsession with the young rapper by calling him ugly, deleting her tweet and then confirming the original tweet with a new one that read: "I won't deny calling @drake ugly." Two-time Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue cover girl Kate Upton recently turned 21 years old and it looks like she might have gotten a boyfriend as a gift. Kate and "Dancing with the Stars" dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy were allegedly spotted on a birthday date in the Upper East Side of Manhattan recently at Scalinatella. Before Kate Middleton, the world was enthralled with Princess Diana. The first trailer for the Oliver Hirschbiegel-directed biopic starring Naomi Watts as the late Princess, is now available for viewing. Diana focuses on the final two years of the famous Royal's life and includes the stories of her relationships with heart surgeon Dr. Hasnat Khan (played by "Lost" actor Naveen Andrews) and Dodi Fayed (played by Argo actor Cas Anvar). On a recent episode of Thai TV's "The Woody Show" (hosted by Woody Milintachinda), Will Smith and his son Jaden were featured in an interview to discuss their latest film After Earth. The father and son acting duo have been making the rounds lately in promotion of the film so it was no surprise to see them once again in an interview situation. Though things got a little weird (and possibly incestuous) when the host asked if the male Smith family members had a distant relationship like their characters in After Earth. Photographer Jeffrey Binion was allegedly assaulted by at least on of Justin Bieber's bodyguards last week and is now suing the "Baby" singer along with the security detail. According to Binion, he was taking pictures of the 19-year-old pop star outside of Miami's iconic recording studio, The Hit Factory, and was then approached by two bodyguards. From there things got a little heated and Binion claims they harassed him and one of the bodyguards, Hugo Hesny, choked him in ordered to get the camera out of his hands. Read More »
Bono and his ONE Campaign have created a new project entitled "agit8." This is a collection of songs performed by well-established and up-and-coming musical acts all in one collection in the hopes to enlighten some key people at the upcoming G8 summit about world poverty. The artists chose these songs as their favorite protests songs. Advertised as "songs that changed the world," these new takes on the tunes really highlight the change that the original versions enacted. Zoe Kravitz and Penn Badgley have decided to go their separate ways in favor of furthering their respective acting careers. This young Hollywood couple met in 2011 and they had dated since, going strong up until now. Sources claim that the two have separated but have remained on good terms despite the end of their romance. The second installment of Peter Jackson's The Hobbit trilogy - based on the J.R.R. Tolkien literature of the same name (and then some) - now has its first trailer. The Desolation of Smaug is the anticipate sequel to 2012's An Unexpected Journey and reveals the story's main antagonist: the dragon Smaug, "a most specially greedy, strong and wicked worm." This evil monster is voiced (and was mo-capped) by Star Trek Into Darkness actor Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman returns as the main character, Bilbo Baggins. Read More »
Though she might not attend the race, the Duchess of Cambridge has agreed to allow a race set for next month at the Newmarket Racecourse to be named after her. "The Duchess of Cambridge Stakes" will take place July 11 - 14, which happens to be around the time of the 31-year-old mother-to-be's due date. Numerous reports have claimed that July 13 will be the birthday of the future heir to the throne, but have not officially been confirmed. She even surprised fans with a surprise duet performance of "Everything Has Changed" with "Red Tour" opener Ed Sheeran.
