It looks like One Direction heartthrob Niall Horan might be eying a seat behind the judge’s table at “Britain’s Got Talent.” Though as evident in the picture posted to Twitter by his bandmate Harry Styles, he does not look too comfortable in David Walliams’ current chair. The busy Irish singer is currently on tour with One Direction and got to take a short break and pose as a judge on the popular show’s set. Woody Allen and Sony Pictures Classics have just released the first trailer for the new Allen-directed drama Blue Jasmine. Though the plot might seem pretty standard (an over-privileged housewife has a breakdown), the movie stars Academy Award winning actress Cate Blanchett who transforms a Hollywood trope into her own masterpiece. A few months ago, Jon Stewart announced that he would take a hiatus from his "Daily Show" hosting duties in order to work on his directorial debut, a film entitled Rosewater. Last night on his last episode as host until Labor Day, Stewart took some time to say good-bye, explain his film and talk about the events that lead up to him deciding to make this movie. Broken Social Scene broke the extended hiatus that the band has been on in order to help celebrate its record label's (Arts & Crafts) 10th anniversary. Last night the influential Canadian band performed two of their hits on "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon" and were even joined by longtime member Feist who has since gone on to more fame and acclaim. Grammy winning singer Bruno Mars' (born Peter Gene Hernandez) has officially broken his silence in regards to the death of his mother. The singer thanked his fans on Twitter and announced that he will soon be back on stage. Bernadette Hernandez died on Saturday in Hawaii from a brain aneurysm. Bruno Mars' Atlantic Records publicist confirmed the news to the Associated Press. His mother was 55-years-old when she passed away in Honolulu at Queens Medical Center. Read More »

After three successful seasons of the raunchy baseball comedy "Eastbound & Down," HBO has decided to cancel the show after announcing a final, fourth season. There are plenty of crazy theories out there about the latest season of AMC's "Mad Men." One of the most prominently talked about plotline theories is that Megan Draper's life on the show will play out like that of Sharon Tate's.
