The former lead singer of the British pop group Wham!, George Michael, has been released from the hospital following injuries sustained in a car accident two weekends. Though "car accident" is the official label for the incident, it was not exactly what it sounds like. No other vehicles were involved in the accident and Michaels actually fell out of his chauffeured Range Rover that was reportedly travelling at 70 MPH on the M1 motorway. Last night NBC aired the Oklahoma Tornado benefit special "Healing in the Heartland," which featured emotional performances from many celebrated artists. Country music singer Miranda Lambert was one of the many performers last night and she sang "The House That Built Me" as a tribute to all of the pets lost in the recent storm. Trent Reznor has announced that Nine Inch Nails will release a new studio album - the first since 2008's The Slip - sometime this year on their new label, Columbia Records.
