The former lead singer of the British pop group Wham!, George Michael, has been released from the hospital following injuries sustained in a car accident two weekends. Though "car accident" is the official label for the incident, it was not exactly what it sounds like. No other vehicles were involved in the accident and Michaels actually fell out of his chauffeured Range Rover that was reportedly travelling at 70 MPH on the M1 motorway. Plenty of actors have shown interest in getting cast in the future Star Wars: Episode VII film, and now you can throw Harry Potter into the race. Actor Daniel Radcliffe has publically stated that he would not be afraid of joining another franchise, and said that Star Wars would be one he would love to join. Last night NBC aired the Oklahoma Tornado benefit special "Healing in the Heartland," which featured emotional performances from many celebrated artists. Country music singer Miranda Lambert was one of the many performers last night and she sang "The House That Built Me" as a tribute to all of the pets lost in the recent storm. Her emotions got the best of her so she had the audience join in while she tried to gain her composure. Oprah Winfrey was a special surprise guest on "Live with Kelly and Michael" this week (thanks to scheduled guest Tyler Perry) and she even crowned the talk show hosts as television royalty. 20-year-old pop star and former Disney star Demi Lovato announced the pre-order release of her new eBook exclusively for iPads entitles Demi. This new venture for Demi comes right off the release of her album of the same name earlier this month. Now starting a new chapter of her career, Lovato admits that she is "aiming for global success." Whether or not the Duchess of Cambridge's due date is in mid- or late July, the royal will reportedly leave the options of delivery up to the qualified doctors on hand. Trent Reznor has announced that Nine Inch Nails will release a new studio album - the first since 2008's The Slip - sometime this year on their new label, Columbia Records. Back in 2009, Reznor and the rest of Nine Inch Nails took part in a farewell tour, which would serve as the last time he would perform under his iconic moniker. Fortunately for fans, Reznor has decided to come back to Nine Inch Nails with a new tour and new album, putting his film-scoring career on hold for now. Read More »
