New York City Paparazzo Alain Beccera-Calderon filed a complaint with the NYPD after an alleged altercation with famed Fight Club actor Edward Norton. According to police, the photographer asked Norton a question while holding up his Smartphone as a camera and the actor allegedly pushed the phone away. Beccera-Calderon went to the Beth Israel Hospital where he learned he suffered a "tissue contusion." The police are now probing the situation. Read More »
Channing Tatum and Joseph Gordon-Levitt have allegedly been approached to star in the upcoming remake of 1955's Guys and Dolls, a film adaptation of the stage musical of the same name. The original, Academy Award nominated movie starred Frank Sinatra and Marlon Brando as Nathan Detroit and Sky Masterson respectively. Reports make it seem like Tatum would fill in Sinatra's shoes and Gordon-Levitt would be the new Brando. 20th Century Fox just closed the remake deal, so no contracts or even a script have been completed so do not get your hopes up. Students studying at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Sweden are focusing their annual robot project on Swedish pop star, Robyn. Each year at KTH, a group of students studying mechatronics build a robot together. This year, the group decided to construct a robot as a tribute to the Swedish singer in order to have her interact with the mechanical being.
