If there’s one guy who isn’t too upset over Sony pulling Seth Rogen and James Franco’s film The Interview its comedian Chris Rock. Reason being? His new movie Top Five now has a chance to cash in some serious bank! Rock stopped by The Daily Show with Jon Stewart last night to promote the film. During his interview, the two joked about the whole North Korea-Sony Pictures email hacking thing. You know, the whole reason The Interview was pulled from theaters. Well, it’s over, folks. The Colbert Report is officially done. Finite. Finished! Last night, Comedy Central aired the very last Colbert Report, and in the episode, it looks like host Stephen Colbert went head-to-head with Death … and won! That’s right, the now-immortal, soon-to-be host of the Late Show beat death and then went on to invite a slew of past guests out for a wonderfully emotional rendition of “We’ll Meet Again.” And yes, The Daily Show host Jon Stewart was there. Afterward the sing-along, Colbert took to his immoral world, leaving behind the Report studios and joining the likes of Santa Claus, Jeopardy’s Alex Trebek and Abraham Lincoln. Why? Well, why not! As the series finale of Comedy Central’s The Colbert Report winds down its 10-season run, many of us are finding ourselves wondering just where we’ll turn at 11:30 p.m. after The Daily Show. Of course, we could always check out The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore, but until then we’ll just have to settle for this amazing 14-minute supercut video of Stephen Colbert breaking character. Jerry Seinfeld is certainly ending Season 5 of Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee with a bang. The veteran comic aired a two-part episode of his web series with Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon earlier today. In the video, the two comedians cruise around in an old vet and head on out to the water before grabbing themselves some coffee and pancakes in Long Island. Hilariously enough, most of Part 1 was just Seinfeld trying to get his boat off of his Land Rover. Which he did, we might add. Well, we’ve always known Sharon Osbourne knows how to deliver entertaining television – whether it be during her days of the VH1 reality series The Osbournes or her more recent gig on the CBs show The Talk. Either way, as the hilarious wife of rock star Ozzy Osbourne raises her age, so does her sense of humor raise with it – even when things are falling apart, or just out of placement. On a recent taping of The Talk, Osbourne found herself in an odd situation when her tooth implant just fell out. It’s crazy to believe that Clifford the Big Red Dog first made his way into books (and our hearts) way back in 1963. Since then the lovable pup has been making children laugh and feel joyful over the span of 40 stories and just over five decades. Who knew Dave Matthews was such a … slapper? In a new video out from Rockbridge Guitar Company, the company that made one of the Dave Matthews Band frontman’s many guitars, the famed musician and guitar-maker go face-to-face in an INTENSE slap fight that has seemed to have gone on for quite some time, perhaps even through DMB’s 2014 Summer Concert Tour, where they unveiled the now famous two-set concerts – one acoustic set comprised of the band followed by a rocking set, which crowds are used to seeing. If there’s anything better than actually watching HBO’s True Detective, it’s the below Christmas parody of the now-famed Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson-led drama. Okay, maybe it’s not better – let’s face it, True Detective was pretty awesome – but this spoof is still damn good! Playing off the ever so rocky relationship between Rust Cohle (McConaughey) and Marty Hart (Harrelson), this sketch makes us pretty happy that Santa Claus is nothing at all like McConaughey’s character. Well, Christmas is quickly approaching. To celebrate, comedian Ellen Degeneres has begun her 12 Days of Giveaways on her hit show Ellen. Unfortunately, what that means for people like CONAN host Conan O’Brien is that whatever he does for his audience, if anything, doesn’t quite match the superb ridiculousness of Ellen’s ability to make her audience go absolutely ballistic. And since the two shows are both show on the same Warner Bros. lot over in Burbank, California, O’Brien certainly feels the wrath and aftermath of Ellen’s Christmas 2014 gift giveaway. John Mayer loves Instagram. And from the looks of his latest post, the Paradise Valley singer also loves Christmas and the Holiday Season. In truth, why shouldn’t he? It’s hella enjoyable! Anyway, in a recent post to his Instagram account, Mayer wishes everyone around the world a “Happy Holidaze.” While we can’t tell from the post, our hope is that the wish also goes as for as former girlfriends Taylor Swift and Katy Perry. Of course, seeing as the two singers are beefing and feuding over rumors that Swift’s “Bad Blood” off her latest album 1989 is about Perry, our guess is any Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays wishes will quickly pass by them… Read More »
